The BlackNazimZimmers versus the Nag_gassassins Chapter One: The Shadow in the Wehrmacht. By Professor NobuNaga.
Nineteen thirty-eight. Berlin. A basement under a print shop. Twelve men. All Black. All German-born or German-raised. Dockworkers. Students. One ex-boxer. They call themselves the BlackNazimZimmers. Their founder is a man named Kwame Obeng. Half Togolese. Half Berliner. Speaks both languages like a native. Lost his father in the last war. Blames Europe for everything. His pitch is simple. The Nazis want the world. We want it more. They just don’t know it yet.
The logic. Europe is tearing itself apart. Germany is rising. Africa is ignored. So why fight for the side that forgets you? Join the side that needs you. Learn their weapons. Learn their plans. Then, when the time is right, take everything. It’s not loyalty. It’s infiltration with a smile. They even joke about the name. BlackNazimZimmers. Sounds like a bad furniture store. That’s the point. Nobody takes it seriously until it’s too late.
They get in. Obeng enlists in the Wehrmacht as a translator. His men follow. Some as drivers. Some as porters. Some as clerks who see every order before it moves. By nineteen forty, they’re in France. By forty-one, in North Africa. By forty-two, they’re in Russia, decoding messages the high command thinks are safe. The generals trust them. Why wouldn’t they? They speak German. They salute. They die in the right places at the right times.
Meanwhile. Across the ocean. A different group. Different rules. Different god. They call themselves the Nag_gassassins. From a twisted old word for serpent. Because a serpent doesn’t announce itself. It waits. Founded in a Harlem basement in nineteen thirty-five by a woman named Mama Zora. Former nurse. Former prophet. Now something else. Her teaching is absolute. The world belongs to those who carry the sun in their skin. Everyone else is a mistake. A correction is coming. They laugh at the spelling too. Nag_gassassins. Looks like a typo. Good. Let people underestimate it.
They get in too. Not through the front door. Through the cracks. Cooks. Medics. Radio operators. One becomes a general’s aide in London. Another flies with the Tuskegee Airmen and reports back to people who were never supposed to know. The Allies think they’re loyal. They are. To the Nag_gassassins. Not to the cause.
The collision. Nobody planned it. That’s the terrifying part. In October nineteen forty-two, a BlackNazimZimmer courier in Egypt and a Nag_gassassin spotter in the same city pass each other on a street. They don’t speak. They just know. Two ideologies. One war. Both sides blind to what’s really happening.
The courier delivers his message. The spotter writes his report. And somewhere in Berlin and somewhere in London, two people who should be enemies start asking the same question. Who else is out there?
